[44] Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
The devil is not your friend. A liar & a murderer can never be your friend! He is like a lion, seeking to devour whomever he can (1 peter 5:8). Don’t let him devour you. It’s easier said than done, but we have our weapons to fight him. Ephesians 6:10-17 tells us about the full armor of God. Wear it, embrace it, use it!.
